Transparent paperwork for every batch: COAs, licenses and batch tracking available upon request. All documents are aligned with current federal hemp regulations at the time of sale.

  • Third-party COA PDFs for every batch (with QR printed on bag labels)
  • Licensed California cultivation partners and vetted out-of-state facilities
  • Compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (≤ 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis)
  • Batch tracking & verification available for all wholesale orders
  • Pesticides, heavy metals, microbials and residual solvents tested where applicable

COA Documentation

All COA PDFs are stored and maintained in a central library and are linked directly from the Wholesale menu and the Labs page.

  • Files currently available: coa-01.pdf through coa-19.pdf
  • AAA Indoor (Washington facility) — dedicated COAs per batch
  • AA Indoor (12 facility) — dedicated COAs per batch
  • Hybrid Light (A facility) — shared and batch-specific COAs

Open COA Library

For distributors and regulators, a consolidated COA pack can be provided on request for audit or onboarding.

Batch Verification & Legal

Each shipment includes batch numbers matching the COA and packaging labels. On request, LIBCO can provide:

  • Matching COA PDF for the exact batch shipped
  • Harvest date and facility origin
  • Lot and batch IDs as printed on case labels and manifests
  • Chain-of-custody details for wholesale transfers

Legal notice: THCA products distributed by LIBCO are derived from hemp and are intended to contain no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in line with the U.S. 2018 Farm Bill.
